Bio :
With over 14 years of experience in the art of jewellery making, Chloe—founder and creative force behind Spearworks Studios—has cultivated a practice that celebrates the richness of traditional craftsmanship while embracing a refined, contemporary aesthetic. Her work bridges the past and present, blending time-honoured techniques with modern design to create distinctive, one-of-a-kind pieces that speak to elegance, individuality, and timeless beauty.
Her most recent collection has been showcased in exhibitions in both Birmingham and London and her creative reach is ever expanding. Each piece she creates is rooted in an explorative approach—drawing on natural forms and weaving historical narratives and stories into her work. Her jewellery speaks in quiet, powerful tones: sometimes sleek and minimal, other times classically sophisticated, but always unmistakably her own.
The landscapes that shaped her—as a designer—creatively—are ever-present in her work. Through her jewellery, she honours the stories and forgotten characters of history, crafting imagined heirlooms for lives that might have otherwise gone unnoticed. This thoughtful storytelling is what sets her pieces apart, inviting collectors into a world where meaning and luxury coexist.
For edging on a decade, Chloe has also been devoted to teaching, and now offers workshops from her beautifully appointed studio overlooking the Jewellery Quarter Clock. These sessions provide a rare opportunity to learn directly from a seasoned artisan, with a focus on developing each student’s unique creative voice and telling their own story. Many of her students have gone on to exhibit their own work, some even joining exhibitions at Spearworks Studios.
