Danielle is now enjoying retirement after 34 years of French and Art teaching. Born in France, she came over to live in Birmingham after her marriage. She then graduated with a BEd Hons Degree in French and Art. Following much encouragement from her tutors and having received a special mention for her art work she decided to continue experimenting with mixed materials, mainly as a hobby.
In recent years, Danielle has shown her work in local exhibitions, including her Santons painting which she has exhibited at the Barber Institute’s Christmas fair, local Arts fairs and Open Studios.
