Longer Description:

Milly is an award-winning designer specialising in hand-drawn, live, and digital illustration.
She holds a First-Class degree in Fashion Design from Nottingham Trent University, and her clients have included Selfridges, Whistles, and Liberty London. As a live illustrator she has created on-the-spot ink drawings at events and venues such as the Royal Opera House and the Natural History Museum. She has also taught at various universities.

Milly’s personal work is imaginative and playful. She enjoys creating bold, graphic female characters using vivid colours, pattern, and striking compositions.

Her artwork Sally Hill pays homage to her hometown of Solihull, blending its rich medieval heritage with its contemporary identity. The piece is currently part of Surreal Solihull — a touring outdoor public exhibition. Another of her works, Kindness is the Light, was recently shown in the Birmingham Open 2025 exhibition in Victoria Square.

Now joyfully returning to her practice after a career break, Milly will be debuting a new collection at this year’s Open Studios.
