Terms and requirements to join:

Please check you are ready to apply before completing your submission. Please read our FAQ page first if this is your first time

1. Do you create physical/tangible art? Ie: Non-performance art
2. Do you have an address to exhibit from within this year’s catchment area? (South Birmingham, City Centre, JQ, Handsworth, Erdington and the areas between these and the city centre?). Please use this address when filling in the form. If you need a space, please see the I Need A Space page
3. Is your address safe, accessible and able to grant access to public visitors during the event dates?
4. Are you able to commit to open and participate between 11am-5pm on the event dates you choose to open?
5. Have you got up to 5 good quality images ready to include as part of your profile. Images should be well lit, straight and sharp. Maximum image size = 2mb.
6. Bios should be written in 3rd person (ie: ‘John Smith creates beautiful paintings of nature’)
7. The event is family-friendly, so no adult material allowed.
8. Please sign up as a single artist/studio, unless you are applying as a group/collective (where higher rates apply)
9. Please only tick ‘disabled access available’ if you are 100% sure of this. It’s best to leave unchecked if you are unsure.
